the annual hospital stay blog update...!

A bit earlier this year but nevertheless I got to spend another week with the NHS. I have learned that loud music - more specifically the vibrations from it - can contribute to a pneumothorax. I am not saying 'cause' because I don't believe it does - there is the precondition of a lung disease or predisposition to pneumothorax due to other factors, such as ankylosing spondalitis or, in many cases, simply being slim, tall and male (and a smoker). It's been a while, I know

Heart Shaped World started when a pneumo-thorax (collapsed lung) gave me time off work and a determination to fill the time with something I'd long wanted to do. 12 months on and I'd regained a decent level of fitness, was looking forwards to early retirement and building up the heart shaped empire - still am, in fact, but have just come home from hospital after another pneumo-thorax. The big main site is now up. It should be possible for readings to be booked without diverting through eBay but that may be asking too much of the technology... I'm just happy to finally have the main part running. Heart Shaped World's Big Web Adventure

Taking five whilst finishing a page devoted to relationships and Astrology.
