Heart Shaped World started when a pneumo-thorax (collapsed lung) gave me time off work and a determination to fill the time with something I'd long wanted to do. 12 months on and I'd regained a decent level of fitness, was looking forwards to early retirement and building up the heart shaped empire - still am, in fact, but have just come home from hospital after another pneumo-thorax. So if things have seemed quiet on the heart shaped world front of late, there has been a good reason for it! I am now back but taking things very, very easy for a few weeks (on strict orders) so bear with me, everyone
