By popular demand... I've had my Tarot guide published - this is the book designed for tarot readers who want to progress from beginners and casual readers to confident, accomplished readers with the beginnings of their own style. For those who have had the earlier eBook editions, this is now the 6th edition and includes - brand new - a special section on how to easily memorize the entire tarot deck's meanings. No more looking up the manual! This is always the biggest confidence booster and to enhance it further you will find help and encouragement to apply your own interpretations. There is also a big chapter on card spreads and the addition of a comprehensive chapter on reading ordinary playing cards and on Romany fortune telling (discover where Waite got his interpretations from). Finally it's rounded off by a handy section on Astrology and character.
It is still available as an eBook and can be downloaded direct from Lulu - there is a Lulu storefront lurking on my page which will take you there to preview or buy. You can also order it as a perfect bound paperback (154 pages, how it's grown...) from either Lulu or Amazon. It's available right now from Lulu, but Amazon won't have it in stock until early April.
There are still some eBook listings at the eBay store and these now feature digital delivery instead of being emailed (in response to various mailbox problems) and will be the latest, 6th Edition with all the additional extras.
The next opus will be the Professional Reader's Course which has provided the mother of all technical battles and regularly leaves me beating my head against the desk and whimpering Why? to the very bemused cat. All I can say is that I am determined to make it as good as is possible, if not better! It will be based on a much expanded version of the book (well over 300 pages) and a unique set of exercises, plus an accreditation system - 'students' can, if they wish, graduate as 'Heart Shaped World accredited readers' which involves reaching a certain level of positive feedback on real readings. I had hoped to be able to include presentation software as a part of the package but this is proving awkward due to the software publishers reluctance to negotiate a discount arrangement. I'm working on it.
